The meals are very well priced. They have a decent selection of meals to choose from. The portion sizes are good. I can normally add a salad or some other vegetable and eat this for lunch or dinner. The service is excellent. When I first went in to just try the food, I purchased 3 meals, and they gave me a fourth meal to try for free. The service is fast and convenient for me. I return often.

Best meal preps in Michigan! Tried many different places and nothing beats this places taste, quality, convenience, and prices. Plans are super affordable, meals are cheaper than buying groceries, macros are labeled on every meal, and it’s less time consuming than making food and cooking yourself. Every other place seems to have a expensive subscription and you have to take a certain amount of meals at once where as here you can grab as many as you’d like whenever you’d like at your own pace. Whether you need 1 or 6 or 20 whatever the number may be, you come in and grab from a wide variety of delicious meals and you’re not charged again until you want more which is amazing. Customer service is also great, the man is very friendly and informative. If I could give this more stars I would!

Great options every day. Most meals are under 400 calories. It’s easy to count your protein and carbs because it’s listed right on the label. Wish they had more variety of vegetables with the meals, and some Asian options. But for the price it can’t be beat and I just buy bags of frozen vegetables and add it as needed. I have tried factor before and this is about a third of the price and the meals have a lot less sodium. The only downside is you have to go pick it up yourself and the meals are probably good for three or four days. This is so much easier than making your own and have a really big variety.

The food is not bad, but the rice is always undercooked. I have been getting food from here for a couple of months now and every time I get rice, it is undercooked,besides that the food is good and it’s healthy. I will be updating my review if the Food gets better. Update: they really lessen to their customers. I am very impressed by them. The rice is so much better now. Highly recommended.

Me and my father have been getting meals from here for about 5 months we have both seen great results, i have noticed a big difference in my workouts i feel stronger and more lean. They have Great Quality food here and the owner and workers are real cool and great at their job! Definitely recommend this place

Great value, options, and hours. I’ve been a customer for years. Other local and online “meal prep” places are wildly overpriced and can’t compete. Foods good, healthy portions (4-600 cal), and the variety and convenience is something that keeps me coming back. Tip: buy the 50 (or more) option to save, and stop in often for the best variety. Alex is great to ask questions, super nice guy.

Not only is the price per meal cheaper than fast food, but the food actually tastes good while meeting amazing macronutrient requirements. The owner is innovative and is always coming up with new meal ideas, so you will never run out of variety. I started this to help with my fat loss journey but i plan to go beyond that because it is unmatched in terms of price, nutrition content, and taste. You're a blessing to Michigan!!!

The food is really good for a meal prep option! I’ve used a few companies and something is always off/meat is tough, not here… the ingredients used here are good as well, glad they do not use seed oils! Only con, but not worth deducting a rating over, is I wish the meals were higher in protein/vegetables. Absolutely love the meatballs and broccoli but very few pieces of broccoli and the protein is in the low 20’s. High protein, lower carb options would be great, even if there’s a price hike since it’s already affordable!!

10 out of 10, would highly recommend! Probably the best decision I've made for my overall health & eating habits in quite some time. Staff is friendly + helpful, hours are convenient & the food is delicious. I've always been skeptical about subscription based food plans / meals but the fact that I can go into any location & pick out my meals / see them beforehand is a game changer. I'll be a lifelong client for sure.
